Christine is absolutely one of the best real estate agents we have had the good fortune to work with. Professionally, she is very thorough and proactive. She thought of everything from scheduling, financing and resources for potential fix-ups, to arranging for speedy closing and requesting credit for a deep cleaning of the property she helped us select. We made the purchase remotely and she handled the closing on our behalf. Afterwards, since we wanted to replace the bedroom carpets with hardwood floors to match the wood that was already in parts of the house, she helped us check on the results of the work by walking through the house and recording a video of the newly finished wood floors for us. Personally, she is smart, warm and considerate. she has lots of ideas and recommendations of good restaurants and entertainments. She is our first friend in our new hometown in Georgia." |
